Summary

On this podcast, I talk about a recent presentation I gave at the Port of Portland (at the Portland airport).

I was asked to present on how Lean and Six Sigma can be used to help reduce food waste. There is a big effort to make reductions in the Portland area, and we had attendees from local counties, city government and state agencies. Kjell Van Zoen co-presented with me.
