'Sacrilege' By Yeah Yeah Yeahs - 2013

In 'Part Two' of this bumper, first of 2022, edition of @EchoChamberFP https://www.instagram.com/echochamberfp/ we take a look at 'Delicate State'. A film that started as a pregnancy project, but evolved to be a crystal ball into what could be a future, if a middle ground and conversation isn't had! We then caught up with first time director, Paula Rhodes. Which you can watch HERE: https://youtu.be/gp9BAt3SUbA

'Delicate State' is the directorial debut for Actor/Producer/Writer Paula Rhodes. It poses the question: What if a Civil War broke out NOW? Shot over the course of her actual pregnancy with she and her husband as leads, doubling as a two-person crew, Paula (Paula Rhodes) and Charlie (Charlie Bodin) document their impending parenthood during a time of extreme political division. Their heads remain in the sand about the greater world around them until it upends their privileged life. Now they must navigate the loss of a loved one, the destruction of their home, and the ruins of the health care system at their, and their nation's most vulnerable moment. Shot mostly in 2015 when such events seemed like pure fiction, Delicate State extended filming to document the ensuing nationwide protests, political conventions, uprisings and lockdowns as their original outline continued to spiral into reality.

This week we have:

'40-16 Building' by Nas - 2021

With the last weekend of BIG fights, there was a lot to look forward to.

It all started Friday night with 'Cage Fury FC's' '104: Bilder vs Buenafuente'.

The night was a bit of a 'Serra-Longo' showcase, as they had two fighters in the mix on a six fight Main card, and both delivered in a BIG way! Charlie Campbell got it popping with a ferocious second round stoppage. And then in the Co-main, Phumi Nkuta defended his Flyweight strap, with a dominant performance. Cutting a killer promo afterwards!

The Main event, which had late replacement Frank Buenafuente step up to fight Blake Bilder was CRAZY!!! Buenafuente might not have been training for five rounds, but he took it to Bilder, and looked like he was in control. Until in the second, Bilder pulled a triangle out the bag, and became the NEW Featherweight champion!!! Watch CFFC recap: HERE. https://youtu.be/Btb-5WLQ5bM

THEN, Saturday night, we had the last 'UFC' card of the year 'UFC on ESPN+ 57: Lewis vs. Daukaus'.

Thirteen fights, ten finishes, the year ended with a BANG, f'sure!

The Prelims gave use the three submissions of the night, starting with Jordan Leavitt in the very first fight. Then Raquel Pennington hit a Guillotine and Gerald Meerschaert finished things off with a Rear naked choked! Watch Prelim recap: HERE. https://youtu.be/bJxTepzoohQ

The Main card opened with a banger, as Cub Swanson gave us a vintage performance, sealing it with Wheel kick KO!

Mateusz Gamrot got it done with a vicious knee to the kidney and Ricky Simón uppercut put the icing on his cake! Watch Main card recap: HERE. https://youtu.be/qCmwgUUNV38

THEN, in the Main event, Derrick Lewis roared back with a vengeance, emphatically telling the haters he ain't done. As he KO'd Daukaus, to become the leading knockout artist in the 'UFC'!!! Watch Main event recap: HERE. https://youtu.be/QWYpNkzgiyA

So, let's break it all down, in today's (ep 220) @ChinCheckPod

'Sweet Sour' by Band Of Skulls - 2008

Although the creator is Korean, and the show did gangbusters on Netflix, North Korea still has issues. So much so, that they are set to execute a man, for smuggling in copies of the series. And distributing them to school children. Delusional Tory MP, Nick Fletcher, tried to claim that boys no longer have good role models, during a Westminster debate. He used the Female Doctor Who as part of his ramblings. Which mainly highlights Fletcher's fragile grasp on reality! It's not really that shocking (though people are acting that way), that the Taliban have put in place new crazy rules affecting women. Like, they can no longer appear on TV! Interpol have really reinforced the notion that they are a worth group of dullards. Because they recently elected the United Arab Emirates's Interior Minister, Ahmed Nasser AL RAISI, as their new President. In a move that seems more to garner interest than actually meet a demand. The Brit Awards have merged their 'male' and 'female' categories for 'Best Artist Award'. So in 2022, it will just be 'Best British Artist'. All this and more, on this week's #EFTV

PLUS, we head over to Netflix for their live-action adaptation anime classic 'Cowboy Bebop'. Which, is not a western and is set in space!

AND, our Audible book of the week, is the tenth instalment of Mark Greaney's 'Gray Man' series. We catch-up with Court Gentry trying to solve a missing agent situation, in 'Relentless'.

This week:

- North Korea to execute man for importing Squid Games

- Female Doctor Who damaging young boys

- Taliban ban women from TV

- Interpol President Accessed Of Torture

- Brit Awards create single category for best artist award

‘Zen' (feat. Re-Up) by The Clipse - 2008

On our Christmas #EFTV we look at the crackpots at Major League Quidditch and US Quidditch (USQ) have come together to say they want to distance themselves from JK Rowlings. Even though, it's a fake game, she created, in her mildly popular book series. Sometimes relationships get super crazy, and go further than a breakup. A former Boston College student has pleaded guilty in harassing her boyfriend into suicide!!! The James Franco saga continues, as he recent said the obvious, he slept with some of the women at his acting school... Even though, safety features are in place, Tesla are disabling its 'Passenger Play' gaming feature, cause humans need scapegoats! Scientists at the Yingliang Stone Nature History Museum have discovered a dinosaur egg with a perfectly preserved embryo inside. It had been sitting in storage for 10 years.

PLUS, 'Marvel Studios' have done it again! All the episodes of 'Hawkeye' with Jeremy Renner & Hailee Steinfeld, are now on 'Disney+'. AND, boi, it delivered straight fire!!!!

AND, our Audible book of the week, is a look at depression and the possibilities of life, through Matt Haig's 'The Midnight Library'.

This week:

- Quidditch leagues want distance from JK Rowling

- Former Boston College student pleads guilty in boyfriend's suicide

- James Franco admits to dipping his wick

- Tesla disables 'Passenger Play' gaming feature

- Dinosaur embryo found in China

'The Devil Takes Care Of His Own' by Band Of Skulls - 2012

All the crazies who thought they could tin foil it through 5G, well, turns out all these protective devices are actually radioactive. Hypocrites the IOC are leaving the Winter Olympics with China. So in a fake demonstration, a number of countries won't be sending diplomats....still athletes though. Biden didn't originally want it, but Congress pushed through the 'The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act'. Even though they usually get the rub, Mercedes chief says Lewis Hamilton might quit Formula 1. It took over a year, BUT, Jussie Smollett has finally been held to account for his ridiculous BS!!! We talk all this and more, on this week's #EFTV

PLUS, Mark Millar's comic book 'Super Crooks' has been adapted by Netflix @netflix as an anime series. So, obviously, we took a look

AND, our Audible book of the week, is a return to Joe Abercrombie's 'First Law' universe, with book one of the new 'The Age of Madness' trilogy, 'A Little Hatred'.

This week:

- Anti-5G items are found to be radioactive

- Diplomats boycott Beijing 2022

- US Congress passes import ban

- Lewis Hamilton disillusioned

- Jussie Smollett found guilty
