Echo Chamber

It's Christmas, and as a treat, you get another episode of @EchoChamberFP https://www.instagram.com/echochamberfp/ We finally check out the coupon scam movie on Prime Video @amazonprimevideo and then it's all bout the new big budget, ensemble cast, movie Netflix @netflix has just dropped!

'Queenpins' is written & directed by Aron Gaudet & Gita Pullapilly. Dejected and frustrated suburban housewife, Connie (Kristen Bell) feels her sacrifices have never been appreciated and she has been overlooked by her husband Rick, her loved ones and the rest of society. She ropes in her best friend, JoJo (Kirby Howell-Baptiste), to an illegal coupon club scheme, she's cooked up, scamming large corporations out of millions of dollars. It draws the attention of law enforcement, and hapless loss prevention officer Ken Miller (Paul Walter Hauser). His persistance then brings in U.S. postal inspector Simon Kilmurry (Vince Vaughn), and they both have their own reasons for bringing the scammers to justice.

Adam McKay writes & directs 'Don't Look Up' with help from David Sirota. Kate Dibiasky (Jennifer Lawrence), an astronomy grad student, and her professor Dr. Randall Mindy (Leonardo DiCaprio) make an astounding discovery of a comet orbiting within the solar system. The problem - it's on a direct collision course with Earth. The other problem? No one really seems to care. Turns out warning mankind about a planet-killer the size of Mount Everest is an inconvenient fact to navigate. With the help of Dr. Oglethorpe (Rob Morgan), Kate and Randall embark on a media tour that takes them from the office of an indifferent President Orlean (Meryl Streep) and her sycophantic son and Chief of Staff, Jason (Jonah Hill), to the airwaves of The Daily Rip, an upbeat morning show hosted by Brie (Cate Blanchett) and Jack (Tyler Perry). With only six months until the comet makes impact, managing the 24-hour news cycle and gaining the attention of the social media obsessed public before it's too late proves shockingly comical - what will it take to get the world to just look up?

'Death By Diamonds And Pearls' by Band Of Skulls - 2009

It's the last weekend of major action before Christmas, and the 'UFC' brings their schedule to a close with the heavyweights, at 'UFC on ESPN+ 57: Lewis vs. Daukaus'.

The card is stacked, especially when you factor in three heavyweight fights!

There's a couple of pivotal divisional clashes, that could factor into the title picture and high rankings.

With the Women's Featherweight bout between Raquel Pennington & Macy Chiasson, the winner could be making a claim. Watch Prelim breakdown: HERE. https://youtu.be/6b3pNAYOnCQ

And who'd be shocked if the winner of Raphael Assunção & Ricky Simón didn't grab that Mic and call for the 'Sugar Show'!

In the Co-main, a win for Stephen Thompson keeps a live one last title run, and for Belal Muhammad, it would spur him towards his first!

THEN, in the Main event, the next generation of heavyweights, Chris Daukaus, has the opportunity to stamp his name on the division. BUT, we've seen what happens when you corner a beast. Its left Russian strikers, and US wrestlers in a heap. Derrick Lewis is ready to show, he's not ready to pasture!!! Watch Main card breakdown: HERE. https://youtu.be/AqOav_pq4N0

So, let's break it all down, in today's (ep 217) @ChinCheckPod 🥊

'New Pony' by The Dead Weather - 2009

The mammoth weekend of action REALLY kicked in a gear, as the last 'UFC' PPV came a calling. 'UFC 269: Oliveira vs. Poirier' delivered on EVERYTHING, anyone hoped!

Fourteen incredible fights, all started with Gillian Robertson getting back to her savage ways! And Erin Blanchfield declaring herself as the heiress apparent!!! Watch Early Prelims Recap: HERE. https://youtu.be/yzz0bcR4rt8

He got rocked in the first, BUT Dominick Cruz showed that he is far from done, and put on a classic performance! Watch Prelim Recap: HERE. https://youtu.be/quI7H4YY5Rc

Sean O'Malley delivered another slam dunk, while Kai Kara-France sign, sealed & delivered his intentions to the Flyweight division! Watch Main card Recap: HERE. https://youtu.be/TOvC1XFG30w

THEN, in the Co-main, Julianna Peña refused to listen to what anyone had to say, other than the determination in her heart. As she came back with a win for the ages! Watch Co-main card Recap: HERE. https://youtu.be/Taf4yfmuW1s

AND, in the Main event, they said he'd crumble, BUT, Charles Oliveira only pulled off his first title defence, with the same submission he won his first ever UFC fight!!!! Watch Main event Recap: HERE. https://youtu.be/yAn-5VaTFW8

EVERYTHING ended with 'Submission Underground 29' on Sunday!

There was strategy, taunting, and then, straight crazy in the Main.

The performance of the night though may have been from Colton Vaughn, who came in like a buzzsaw!

Mercedes White didn't care about reputation, but don't be fooled by the brash, cause the skillset was on point!

AND, in the Main, Sean Strickland was baiting the bear. You don't stare at the sun, leave a kid with a priest, or turn your back on Andy Varela. Watch SUG 29 Recap: HERE. https://youtu.be/K-ITWou2Pk4

So, let's break it all down, in today's (ep 218b) @ChinCheckPod

'Treat Me Like Your Mother' by The Dead Weather - 2009

Well, what a bumper weekend of action for @ChinCheckPod 🥊 to look at!

Friday get things going, with 'Part One' of 'Cage Warriors', 'Double Trouble' from the historic York Hall.

'Cage Warriors 131: Bonner vs. Melan' had some tremendous performances from the likes of Kingsley Crawford, who opened up the Main card. Then Madars Fleminas derailed a young gun, while Will Currie and Christian Leroy Duncan showed the hype is real.

THEN, in the Main event, Djati Mélan put on a wrestling clinic for the first four rounds, and was savvy enough to weather the fifth, to become 'The New' Welterweight Champion!!! Watch Recap: HERE: https://youtu.be/jk18zTsuXC8

Up next was the last 'Legacy Fighting Alliance's' of the year, with '120'. And although Ron Kruck and Michael Chiesa's Christmas garb was wanting, the fights definitely delivered!

Tony Laramie looked quicker than lightning, and Bruno Assis was just a step ahead.

THEN, in the Main event, Jamey-Lyn Horth put on a dominating performance, before she sank in a rear naked choke, to become the NEW, Flyweight Champion!!! Watch LFA 120 Recap: HERE: https://youtu.be/tE8EuHG_pLk

Saturday started with 'Part Two' of 'Double Trouble', with 'Cage Warriors 132: Wooding vs. Abreu' #CW132

Jamie Richardson was assured, Mateusz Figlak demonstrated why he's a straight problem! And in the Co-main, though he missed weight, Luke Shanks created problems at Flyweight.

THEN, in the Main event, Dominique Wooding made quick, nasty work of his first title defence. Sending out a clear message, "Sign Me"!!!! Watch CW 132 Recap: HERE: https://youtu.be/edCqJNWZV04

So, let's break it all down, in today's (ep 218a) @ChinCheckPod

- Cage Warriors 131: Bonner vs. Melan

- Legacy Fighting Alliance 120: Cantuária vs. Horth

'Hang From The Heavens' by The Dead Weather - 2009

We have a killer weekend of combat ahead, AND, it features the last 'UFC' PPV of the year!

'UFC 269: Oliveira vs. Poirier' is STACKED with fights that could easily headline a 'Fight Night', so we're in for a treat!

It's being anchored by not one, but TWO title fights.  The G.O.A.T Amanda Nunes puts her Bantamweight strap on the line. But does Julianna Peña have what it takes to pull off this kinda win???

THEN, Charles Oliveira has his first title defence, and chance to show the world, what kind of champion he'll be. BUT, he faces a battle hardened Dustin Poirier who most feel has been letting the throne be warmed up for him!

That's not all though, cause we have Sean O'Malley looking to make a statement, while Raulian Paiva is wanting to show he's the big time.

Cody Garbrandt is also back, now at Flyweight, though Kai Kara-France has no intention of showing a warm welcome.

PLUS, a ton of other GREAT fights to look forward too, people!

So, let's break it all down, in today's (ep 217) @ChinCheckPod 🥊
