Pain can be extreme. What if you could distribute the acute pain in one part of your body to all around the whole body? Then, it might just be a tingle. Try it!

Good things are coming to you. Not to say there won't be troubles, too, but with this mantra and reflection you can focus on what's worth celebrating.
