Cauda Equina Syndrome
Cauda equina syndrome is a rare but potentially devastating condition that results from the dysfunction of multiple sacral and lumbar nerve roots in the lumbar vertebral canal that can result in permanent disability (bowel, bladder and sexual dysfunction).
