Wendy chats to Ed Winters – aka Earthling Ed – a YouTuber, podcaster, author, director and speaker. In 2016 Ed began uploading street interviews to YouTube in which he would interview members of the public on the ethics of eating animals. From there, Ed has become a powerful voice within the animal rights movement. He recently published his latest book ‘How to Go (And Stay) Vegan’.
