Then O-Matic self driven podcast a cautionary tale for anyone that wants to hear a learn from Me podcast and give it my best shot kind of podcast’ I am the cultural critic The connoisseur of creativity I am the culture I am you you are me I am the critic of creativity and the connoisseur of culture I am the poker master the chess master Yugioh master the Pokemon Go master I am the self-mastery loving father husband best friend friend lover I’m a human engage with reality and I made a podcast where I talk about my life my ups and downs and my ability to be transparent and efforts to learn from it and from others to learn from me I am here and I’ll podcast maybe once to twice a week join me on my journey as I become the best version of myself; Academy award winning Emmy winning Nobel prize winning self publish self mastered self reliant man I am here I am gold driven I am earthbound I am happy grateful and thankful I am everything in between and all things extreme I am Eddie spaghetti and I am ready I am a comedian I am the entertainer I am the renaissance man I am a Podcaster I am doing voice to text and I’m hoping all this was recorded correctly I am doing my best to speak from the bottom part of my six pack which is the secret I’ve learned that when you speak from the bottom part of your six pack you’re speaking from the truth and being in the gym I’ve learned that I used to inhibit that part Now I am cultivating it more and more and I proved myself from other things taking my source energy and now I found the source energy I found this fire within me and I’m gonna keep letting it burn I’m a keep adding logs of positive energy I’ma keep dancing away the night I found the love of my life and she’s giving me a second chance and opportunity to live the life that we want accordingly and we’re gonna do my best I’m gonna do my best on my part and we have a beautiful soul in your life now that we share I want to do our best I’m gonna do my best to raise it to the maximum Guided and show all the open doors that are possible for them this is my gift living life this is not a curse to live life life is abundant beautiful ever giving an error forgiving there’s things that you have to go through and be there for people that you’ll never ever see you again and now I’ve learned that now that I have people that I can see every day now that I have people that I’ll never see you again now that I have these Guilts this gargantuan gifts and these colorful gestures of love I balance it all out and I weigh it all out and I realized what is the optimal timeline and boom there it is there it is in front of your face it’s right there so take it by the horns and leave it leave it leave it to the max limit to the fullest enjoy it come with me my happiness comes from the inside I have no control over other people only over myself so I’m gonna do my best to Everyone I love halfway all I ask is for compassion understanding and mutual respect that’s still the truth to each other let’s share a fax the Sherwood works let’s cultivate the miracles of life that are our birthright let’s clean or Pinal Gland Let’s keep becoming better at English and Spanish and Hebrew and Japanese Italian then Latin! Uncle yogurt has a good time on this episode dealing with fasting his health and his experience to heal they self from Gastro problems that he has had in the past ;I am grateful for the healing and blessed for the healing! I am healthy! I am healed! My body is miraculous! I am miraculous! After years of me being on earth for 34 years (Gregorian Count) the exact my diet of orange as a child was a corner stone!now the dirt based on rice and beans , oils , potatoes & possess food is not the optimal diet it only gets you hidden hunger! Come into a plateau where you can manifest your desires as long as they bring good to the world in our reality existence and uplift you and those around you! if you wish to exist on the frequency that I Wish to exist in that is to become Christ consciousness on earth ;you must leave the corn ,the Legumes, the rice , the wheat & barley and the meat behind’ I’m still learning the benefits and the pros and cons of eating birds and fish which makes sense because in my mind I always thought I don’t think we should eat mammals because we are mammals let’s just eat things that are not mammals :as a mammal to another mammal we can learn about each other ! And live in harmony’ I think eating mammals is not good. I’m still learning so thank you for being part of the ride and hopefully you get some gems! I also reflect on my life adventure & I talk about movies the bullet train and I review some music enjoy the show ps I always felt that aliens live among us ;those microscopic beings they infiltrate the good and they don’t care about your well-being they just scared ; they live to reproduce! Hey choose the right things that make you feel good not lethargic , tired or sleepy’ sleep is the cousin of death right? I see ads for oats ,oats milk blah!I think they’ve infiltrated head of departments & have powered There way to influence others ! i want to know details from the inside out! Because that’s how they eat you! team green At least has the decency for you to be in the fourth consciousness before it starts going after your third dimensional of body! And your energy only comes 30% from the food you eat don’t let them steer you wrong! 70% of your energy comes from the sunlight, from the water and from the air you breathe! I have a lot more to unpack and uncover stay tune to this podcast as I share with you more!

On this episode I cut to the core about the importance of self-care and eating right; by right I mean what is the chemistry that your body responds to the best ;learn your alchemy and master how to feed yourself the optimal foods to be the optimal human. The city is a real problem because of processed food sugars starches and things that people thought was easy to cultivate with no side effects but the side effects for long-term shorthand they feel fine and safe but in the long term these are things that can bring you to death‘s door be mindful of all this yes that includes cheese and beer and alcohol’ don’t ingest that stuff and if you do you better be 100% clean that way your body can respond to it ASAP’ A lot more there’s a lot more I’m still learning so enjoy the show for what it’s worth find your own truth do you research I don’t take responsibility for what you do with your life I just want to add perspective and my perspective is as follows so enjoy the lesson/ listen; I also talk about Coldplay I review the album viva la vida and I also talk about the movies that came out this July weekend & the beginning week of August ; SuperPets and vengeance are the stars of this weekend movie stuff so therefore I also talk about other movies that came out’ land this Friday I will tell you my thoughts on movie train’ enjoy the show!
