In our series "Identity Theft" we've been exploring who we are in Christ. We will dive into the last verses of Chapter 2 showing how Jesus breaks down barriers and unites us all. Through Him, we move from feeling lost and excluded to being part of God's family, citizens of His kingdom. Our identity isn't about our past or where we come from; it's about being filled with the Holy Spirit and part of a community that worships together. Knowing who we are in Christ means being humble, hungry for God, and living lives that reflect His holiness.

In this message we will define what it means to be holy and look at why the world desperately needs you to believe this about yourself.

There is something about the story of a king that resonates deep within our hearts. Mark 11 is the story of a king – but not just any king. Jesus is a king not just of a particular nation, state, or even group of people. He’s a king whose reign is going to have an impact on the entire world and whose rule is going to touch every single one of us. In Mark 11 He is going to show us something of what His kingship will look like. And it looks like nothing seen in the world today.

When parents brought their children to see Jesus the disciples stepped in the way, rebuking them. But Jesus rebukes His disciples and welcomes the children into His presence. What comes to mind when you think of children? Noisy? Needy? A burden? Jesus radically challenges the way the world thinks about kids. Moreover, Jesus says that whoever wants to receive the kingdom of God must become like a little child. What in the world does that mean? We better find out—our salvation depends on it.
