More random chatter about vinyl LPs and some new and old podsafe music. Today we kick of with the title track from last years album by Portland's The Thermals, there's also an early track from The Go! Team that was released under creative commons. And how could we not play a track by a band named after a member of My Bloody Valentine!

I play 30 mins of indie music on a sunny evening while peering out the windows looking for volcanic ash. From Sweden we start off with Emerald Park and a track from the 2010 version of their most recent album. There's also a track from the new Coco Rosie album, and a great old track from John Vanderslice.

Another half hour of podsafe music. This time I have a croaky throat and just make it all up as I go along! But on the plus side, we've got Kristen Hersh's 50 Ft Wave, and a track from last year's Thao with the Get Down Stay Down album.

30 more minutes of podsafe indie music. Made using different hardware and software, so I'm slightly more confused than normal. No matter - for there is some great music in here. Mostly old stuff, including tracks by Ted Leo & The Pharmacists and Les Savy Fav both from 2007, and a British Sea Power track from 2008. We also come rightup to date with a brilliant track off the new Xiu Xiu album.
