In the season finale, Oded and Barry talk to Dr. Johanna Höffken and Dr. Reinoud Lavrijsen, two award winning teachers based at TU Eindhoven. Both have won the Netherland's Teacher of the Year award, which is awarded by the Dutch National Students Association (Höffken in 2020 and Lavrijsen in 2022). In the discussion, the pair reflect on what makes them better at teaching, and more importantly, what drives them to excel at teaching and put effort and passion into educating new generations of students every year.

In the 2nd part of their interview with Mark Nichols, Barry and Oded ask Mark some of the many classical questions about the place of CBL in curricula. For example, what's the best way to introduce the approach in the classroom, and what's the best way to get the teachers on board with CBL?
