Camille is a Canadian professional CrossFit Games athlete and 2014 fittest woman in the world.
Camille competed in gymnastics at a high levels for almost 14 years. At age 16, her career as a gymnast was stopped after tearing her hip.
Camille was introduced to CrossFit after a man told her she was not in shape at a team party - now she is one of the few fittest women in the world title holders.

Motivation is defined as the reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way. Today we are exploring the reasons and rationales for our behaviors. When we think about motivation - maybe we only think getting up early and working hard - but motivation is so much more than that - motivation really is everything that drives our behaviors. Motivation is of course relevant to work but its also related to - Relationships - Health / mental health - Spirituality ... And everything else
