When I was in elementary school I was told I would fail all of middle school if I didn't write in cursive. And then I never wrote in cursive again. Instead, I took a typing class. So why are we seeing a resurgence in the movement for cursive to be mandatory in schools? Handwriting? Absolutely. But cursive? Today I explore the real reasons cursive is making a comeback.
