In this episode, Samantha speaks with Jennifer Karnopp, educator, author, and researcher. Jenn is is a former school teacher and principal. She is currently working toward her PhD in Education Policy with a concentration in Educational Leadership.
We discuss different pedagogical approaches to schooling that focus on the individual and put kids at the center of learning. We also discuss the various levels of government involved in public schooling with a focus on the importance of local control.
