It's Centered around the lack of representation of Women of Color in the Graphic Design & Branding space, the freelance lifestyle, growing our skills, and how we can change our demographic to have more heavy hitters.   I'll be interviewing more of "us" who are designers, coaches, brand strategists, marketing strategists, who make these businesses work & no one ever knows about us.   The name is EFF the Glitter, because we work & we work HARD & LONG & it's rewarding to see our clients succeed, but it also helps us to gain new clients when we're recognized for our talents & our results.
