In this episode, we wish well for those feeling unwell; perhaps they are in hospitals or homes.
Yes, we have many of them around the world.
After 2.5 million dead worldwide from covid and counting, This pandemic is not under control in any way yet.
What covid teach us? This world is interconnected.
As Saadi said beautifully 800 years ago, his book call Golestan
Human beings are members of a whole,
since in their creation, they are of one essence.
When the conditions of the time bring a member (limb) to pain,
the other members (limbs) will suffer from discomfort.
You, who are indifferent to the misery of others,
they shouldn't call you a human being."
So do not forget the poor and unfortunate during this pandemic.
The Beautiful Music at the end of this episode is donated by David Fesliyan, a talented artist and great musician.

Today I guide you to a relaxing full body scan. The body scan is one of the most effective ways to begin a mindfulness meditation practice. The goal is to train the mind to be more open and aware of sensory experiences, and ultimately, more accepting. With time and practice, the body scan will build your ability to focus and be fully present in your life. The purpose is to tune in to your body, reconnect to your physical self, and notice any sensations you're feeling without judgment. While many people find the body scan relaxing, relaxation is not the primary goal. I strongly advise You must not have anything to eat or drink for 4 hours.
We love your feedback, suggestions, and questions. Please consider a donation to EMP "Effortless Meditation Podcast" if you enjoy this or any other free online meditation we provide.
Your mind is the tool. Unfortunately, we did not develop and familiarize ourselves with these valuable tools. But as we practice more, we gradually train our minds to be mindful. The tool that can help us greatly or heart us painfully. Learning how to train the mind and remember to be in our present moment is essential. Ignoring the present time is do harmful to our being. You see my friends, When you are mindful, your attention is focused on what is happening in the present moment, and you are fully in touch with reality. You are aware of what is happening in your body, mind, emotions, and the world around you. With mindfulness, we calm our minds and emotions so we can see clearer. It’s all a matter of learning to put your attention where you want it. Train your mind to do that. By practicing mindfulness, we get better at this.
Thank you for being here and attending to this present time. Right here, right now.
I thank you for your support, questions, and feedback. Thank you!
By sitting & doing your meditation, you are being mindful. The intention of being in the present and willing to experience life in real-time is a great start.
Chronic pain can be tough to handle, but when we create a mental image of our suffering, we tend to aggravate this pain, thus increasing it. Every time we feel this sensation, we will have a negative thought attached to it on a conscious and subconscious level. This meditation will teach you to change the mental image created from this pain to a peaceful and positive thought.
Meditation shifts your focus to something quiet and calm, reducing inflammation and pain. And Ehrman says when you can get into that quieter state of mind through meditation, your body isn’t releasing stress hormones into your bloodstream.
“Meditation can help your brain release endorphins, natural pain relievers,” she says. Muscles and tissues around your joints are more relaxed, and your brain can be in a calmer state, so you’ll feel less pain.
Your support, questions, and suggestions are welcome and appreciated greatly.
Mindful walking means walking while being aware of each step and our breath. It can be practiced anywhere, whether alone in nature or with others in a crowded city. Remember, Walking meditation is a way to practice moving without a goal or intention. This combination of meditating and walking can have both emotional and physical benefits. Walking meditation lowers stress, reduces anxiety, improves sleep, makes exercise more enjoyable, increases focus & concentration, slows you down, helps you get to know your body, great for mental health, helps you connect with nature, lowers blood pressure, expands everyday mindfulness, helps you stay in the present moment, and many other health perks. Mindfulness Walking Meditation is an easier way to quieten the mind compared to sitting in one place meditating. When your mind wanders, you can bring it back to the sensations of your feet touching the ground. Just like with any meditation, it’s always easy to get distracted.
As always, your support is appreciated, and your questions and suggestions are welcome.
