My contention has always been that the media enhanced the viability that Donald Trump could be president back in 2015 and 2016. Both the mainstream media and the Fox News type media were complicit simply for ratings. Ultimately, allowing lies and misinformation to stay floating in the ethos created a trap door.

Republicans and their Right-Wing Misinformation Complex are much better at spreading misinformation than those telling the truth. If more reporters were as complete as Anna Palmer and Garrett Haake, Republicans would lose the credibility given by mainstream media, making plausibility possible.

Jake Tapper did not disappoint in his interview with Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA). He called out Jim Jordan & Jim Banks as liars. He made clear that the insurrection was a Republican event.

It seems Peter Doocy never gets enough. Once again, he proved his lack of critical thinking with his vaccine & mask question. Jen Psaki made him pay.

Fox News' Peter Doocy once again thought he had a gotcha. Once again, he failed to do his homework. He failed to stay up to speed on the administration’s policies on COVID, vaccination and masking. And that made his question that more ignorant.

Doocy pointed out that President Joe Biden had stated earlier that if one vaxxed up, they would not have to mask up. Before addressing Jen Psaki’s response, it is important to note Doocy’s lack of critical thinking.

Liz Cheney wanted to make it clear that she was not in support of traitors or insurrectionists but of the Speaker of the House. She supported the removal of Jim Jordan and Jim Banks from the Select Committee.

I am not a fan of Liz Cheney. But we must admit that on this issue, she has shown herself to be a patriot. To come out in support of Republicans’ most hated personality is potentially a political career-ending move.
