Leadership needs to be reevaluated in the US. The folks we have put in charge of our companies, government, etc, are failing at astounding rates at being good leaders. Texas was a symptom of a larger crisis let's talk.

We all have access to social media but what are we all doing to make sure that we are posting responsibly and not just posting out of ignorance, fear, lack of healing, etc? This is vitally important in the black community especially as we wield Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. 

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have won the 2020 presidency, now what? Black people helped to get Joe Biden in office, now what is the reward. No, matter if you are an AKA, democrat, even a republican, do you have a black agenda in mind and top of mind. Let's talk.
