Patricia McGuiness from Kenmare received a letter from Electric Ireland stating that her account details might have been breached including their bank details, email, date of birth and address. She’s been asked to go through two years of her own bank statements to see if there is any unusual activity in her account. Patricia believes that too much is being asked of customers like herself and she believes Electric Ireland needs to be more proactive.
