"Phase Control" fires off a retro‐tinged, synth‐heavy, dance‐floor rework of Otherside, injecting high‐octane momentum, precision‐engineered sonics, and a bold sense of forward motion, pushing the track into an explosive, club‐ready dimension.

ARTIST BIO

Originally from Bergamo and now based in Genoa, Danny Lo Scippo - @dannyloscippo (Daniele Zonca, b. 1981) delivers vinyl-only sets that blend melodic club electronics with new wave, krautrock, and minimal wave. Active as a producer and analog experimenter since 2005, he is one half of the duo The Absynthe, a member of the electro-punk band D.K.R., and co-founder of the Officina Meccanica club nights.

Building on the hypnotic momentum of his label debut, Toronto’s Josh Lukas returns to Simmetry Sounds with Andromeda, a captivating two-track melodic techno EP that highlights his exceptional talent for cinematic, melodic storytelling and dark dancefloor grooves. The title track, “Andromeda,” leads the journey with deep, pulsing basslines, driving rhythms, and soaring, ethereal synths before dropping into an intense, mainroom-ready groove. “Nebula” leans into darker, more enigmatic territory, weaving hypnotic synth lines over a heavy, pulsating groove that turns raw dancefloor grit into an evocative track. By seamlessly weaving tough, peak-time energy with immersive narrative depth, Andromeda underscores Lukas’s evolving mastery of the craft—solidifying his position as a top producer on the Simmetry Sounds roster.

RICCARD NOE BIO

It is not easy to put Ricardo Noè into just one single category: Techno, Ambient, Electronic....

An uncategorizable artist who has marked over 10 years in the business, he began as a DJ during his teenage years, developing his unique style from deep and progressive House, to Trance. At 25 years of age, he created his own party called SYNTHEKE.

Around 2012 came the idea to create a label, which became a reality in late 2014, with the same name as the party brand (SYNTHEKE).

Riccardo's first release came out in early 2015, featuring a track and a remix by Ricardo Noè himself.

Over the years, SYNTHEKE became the home of some of the most interesting artists from Italy. go-Dratta, GiMa, TON 618, Hei Project, Makoto Holmberg and Pergola, to name a few, marked their debut on the label.

Since then, Riccardo released his own album, Cabal (2018), exploring Ambient, Experimental & IDM. The album received various critical acclaim in Italy. It was followed up by a remixed version the same year, plus a new one 2 years later.

Between 2020 and 2022 he released some EPs dedicated to Egyptian Christianity, moving into hypnotic techno and eventually a bit of a trancey sound.

In 2021, he started the experimental label M87, exploring music from all over the world. After 8 years, he decided to close the curtain of SYNTHEKE records, following the opening of his new label EXODUS in 2023, focusing on Hypnotic, Raw Techno with a melodic core. M87 will take care of the more experimental side.

RELEASE NOTES:

Toronto-based DJ and producer Adam James showcases his signature depth with his latest release on Simmetry Sounds, “The Way You Move.” Striking a perfect balance between shadow and light, the title track leans heavily into a dark, driving atmosphere that’s softened by intricate synths and a compelling vocal hook that anchors the groove. This solo work highlights his individual mastery of melodic techno, blending his classical roots with the gritty, hypnotic pulse of the underground.

The release also features the second track, “Rave Genny,” a bouncy melodic techno track that complements the mood with its energetic rhythm and vibrant synth work. Together, both tracks highlight a sophisticated range designed for the dance floor, capturing the energy of the warehouse circuit and marking another standout addition to the Simmetry Sounds catalog.
