Same shape, different shade β two triangles, one nervous system reset.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "Three Shades of Breath" β dual triangle breathing, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Narrabeen Lake, Sydney, NSW.
Nasal breathing throughout β slow, deliberate 4-count cycles. The first half works with inhale β exhale β hold. The second shifts the triangle: inhale β hold β exhale. Same three elements, reordered β and the body responds differently each time. The holds allow a gentle build of CO2 in the system, improving tolerance and oxygen delivery to the tissues. It's subtle, and it's potent.
Three shades of the same breath β each one taking you a little deeper into stillness.
π§ Headphones, seated or lying down, 8 minutes undisturbed. A beautiful practice for nervous system regulation, centering, and winding down.

Calming, centering, and quietly powerful. The triangle patterns work the nervous system from two angles β regulating the breath, building CO2 tolerance, and landing you in a place of real stillness. Ideal for mid-afternoon reset, pre-sleep, or any moment you need to come back to yourself.

β ABOUT β
Guided breathwork by Brad. Original music by Cello. Brad and Cello are both certified Master Breathwork Facilitators.
βΉοΈ This is a calming breathwork session suitable for most people. Not recommended while driving or operating machinery. If you are pregnant or have a serious medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before practising. Mild lightheadedness during breath holds is normal β return to natural breathing if needed.
The breath clears the noise. Then the silence gets to work.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: βSilence Speaksβ β conscious connected breathing followed by complete stillness, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Collaroy Beach, NSW, Sydney, Australia.
Three rounds of conscious connected mouth breathing β one minute each β followed by a short breath hold and a full exhale letting go. After each release, the music fades completely. Whatβs left is silence. And in that silence, something tends to come through. A message from the body. A feeling thatβs been waiting. A clarity you couldnβt access while the noise was still running.
The breath does the clearing. The silence does the speaking.
π§ Headphones, seated or lying down, 9 minutes undisturbed. Three rounds β each one a doorway into stillness.
β± TIMESTAMPS 0:00 Intro 1:54 Round 1 4:34 Round 2 7:15 Round 3 9:28 Integration 10:02 Integration
Each round drops you a little deeper β the conscious connected breathing loosens the grip of the thinking mind just enough for the moments of silence to land fully. Insights, clarity, a felt sense of stillness β this one works on levels that keep revealing themselves after you finish.

β ABOUT β Guided breathwork by Brad. Original music by Cello. Brad and Cello are both certified Master Breathwork Facilitators.
β οΈ This is an activating breathwork session. Do not practise while driving or operating machinery. Not recommended if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, high blood pressure, glaucoma, or a history of panic attacks or psychosis. Tingling or lightheadedness is normal β if discomfort arises, return to natural breathing. This is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional if unsure.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "Stairway to Presence" β ladder breathing, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Long Bay Foreshore, Cammeray, NSW, Australia.
Ladder breathing shifts the pace of your breath in stages β starting with slow, deliberate 4-count mouth breaths, moving into 2-count breaths, then 1-count rapid breaths β progressively intensifying until you arrive at a full exhale breath hold. Each rung of the ladder builds on the last, drawing you deeper into presence with every step.
This practice is about arriving β fully, completely β in your body and the moment. The staircase metaphor isn't just poetic: each breath cycle is a deliberate step toward heightened awareness, leaving behind the noise of the day.
π§ Headphones, seated or lying down, 11 minutes undisturbed. A strong activating practice β ideal for a focused reset or pre-performance preparation.

Not every day calls for intensity. Some days call for tenderness.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "Tender Surrender" β 3 rounds of slow, gentle conscious connected mouth breathing, each followed by an exhale breath hold, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Flat Rock Gully, Willoughby, NSW, Australia.
A slow, 4-count conscious connected breath β not fast, not forceful, just a gentle rhythmic flow that eases the nervous system open without pushing it. Three rounds, each with a soft exhale hold to let the energy settle.
Light enough to meet you wherever you are. Enough to shift something.
This practice is for the tender days. The ones where you need to move some energy but don't have the fuel for full activation. Where you want to come home to yourself slowly, without force β and surrender to what's here with a little kindness.

Feel the weight. Then let it go. Round by round, lighter.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "Lightness Through Gravity" β 5 rounds of a two-stage mouth breathing practice, each followed by a breath hold, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Irrawong Falls, North Narrabeen, NSW, Australia.
Each round has two stages β 16 three-part inhales with a passive exhale, flowing into 16 single conscious connected breaths β then a hold to let it all land. Five rounds. Each one lighter than the last.
This practice is about presence and surrender. Feeling the full weight of the body, the mind, whatever you're carrying β and then, through the breath, letting gravity do its work. Not pushing it away. Not fighting it.
Just breathing through it until it lifts on its own.
By round five, the weight becomes the vehicle. Gravity becomes the gift.

Activate. Ride it. Let it settle. Repeat.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "Wave Rider" β 3 rounds of conscious connected mouth breathing flowing into slow 4:8 nasal breathing, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Long Reef Headland, NSW, Australia.
Each round is a wave. 20 conscious connected mouth breaths to build the energy and activate β then straight into 8 slow nasal breaths, inhaling for 4 and exhaling for 8, to ride that energy back down into calm. Three rounds, three waves, your nervous system finding its own rhythm between activation and rest.
This is breathwork as balance β not forcing calm, not chasing a high, just learning to ride whatever comes up and let it pass. The wave always breaks. The breath always returns.

Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at America Bay Walking Track, West Head, NSW, Australia.

Next time you reach for the coffee β try this first. Five minutes of conscious connected breathing delivers a real, clean energy hit β no caffeine crash, no jitters. Just clarity, focus and a rebalanced mind and body ready to take on the day.

Five in. Five hold. Five out. Five hold. Ten rounds. Done.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "The 5 Box" β 10 rounds of nasal-only box breathing on a steady 5-count rhythm, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Mona Vale Beach, NSW, Australia.
Four equal sides. One perfect rhythm. Box breathing at a 5-count is the sweet spot β slow enough to fully settle the nervous system, steady enough to sharpen focus and clear the mind. Nasal only, which deepens the regulation and keeps the practice grounded and controlled.
Ten rounds is all it takes to bring heart, mind and body back into balance. No drama, no intensity β just a clean, even rhythm that leaves you centred, clear and calm.
π§ Headphones, seated or lying down, 5 minutes undisturbed. Works any time β morning clarity, midday reset, or pre-sleep wind-down.
Perfect for anyone looking to balance and steady the nervous system, sharpen focus and mental clarity, build a quick daily breathwork habit, or experience the power of box breathing with longer counts.

This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "Morning Mellow" β a 12-minute light activating mouth breathing practice across 4 rounds, each followed by a 60-second breath hold, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Narrabeen Ocean Pool, Narrabeen, NSW, Australia.
A gentle 4-count mouth breath β in for 4, out for 4 β steady and soft, just enough activation to wake the body and mind without overstimulating.
Four rounds, each followed by a minute of stillness to let the energy settle and the nervous system calibrate.
This one is designed for the morning. The kind of practice that eases you in rather than throwing you off the deep end β a soft lift, a quiet energising, a gentle hello to the day ahead.
π§ Headphones, lying down, 12 minutes undisturbed. Best before you check your phone, before the day gets loud, before anything else.
Perfect for anyone looking to start the day with gentle energy and clarity, build a morning breathwork routine without intensity, ease the body and mind awake softly, or try activation breathwork for the first time.

Brad guides the practice. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Anstead Bushland Reserve, QLD.
Yoga Nidra, also known as NSDR, is one of the most powerful restorative practices available β and science is catching up with what ancient traditions have always known. A 10-minute NSDR session has been shown to shift brainwaves into a deeply relaxed state, regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and leave you feeling genuinely recharged β without needing to fall asleep.
Think of it as a reboot for your mind and body. The kind of deep rest that restores vitality, clears the mental fog, and gives you a real energy lift for the rest of the day β no caffeine required.
π§ Headphones, lying down, 10 minutes undisturbed. Perfect as a daytime reset, after lunch, or whenever your batteries need a recharge.
Great for anyone looking to restore energy and vitality mid-day, reduce stress and mental fatigue, experience the benefits of NSDR and yoga nidra, or find deep rest without falling asleep.
