Three rounds. Three levels. One direction: through.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "Transcend the Day" β a 9-minute activating mouth breathing practice across 3 escalating rounds, each followed by a 1-minute exhale breath hold, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Woorarra Reserve, Elanora Heights, NSW.
Each round builds in activation β the breath gets more complex, the energy builds higher, and the hold between rounds gives it somewhere to land.
Round 1: Equal inhale and exhale + 1-min exhale hold
Round 2: 2-part inhale then exhale + 1-min exhale hold
Round 3: 3-part inhale then exhale + 1-min exhale hold
This is breathwork as a reset button for the whole day. Whatever has accumulated β the mental noise, the tension, the stuck or stagnant energy that builds when life doesn't slow down β this practice shakes it loose.
Three rounds to move through it, and a minute of stillness after each one to let it go.
Come out the other side cleaner. Clearer. Less noise in the head, more space in the body. Ready to take on whatever's next.
π§ Headphones, lying down, 9 minutes undisturbed.
Perfect for shaking off the weight of the day, clearing mental fog, releasing stuck energy, or resetting before the second half of your day.

β ABOUT β
Guided breathwork by Brad. Original music by Cello. Brad and Cello are both certified Master Breathwork Facilitators.
SAFETY NOTICE: Do not practice while driving, operating machinery, or in water. Always lie or sit on a mat, rug, or bed. 18+ only; children need guardian supervision. Not recommended for those with epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, glaucoma, osteoporosis, mental illness, psychiatric history, suicidality, addiction, or recent surgery or injury. If pregnant, consult your care provider first. Possible effects: dizziness, tingling, temperature changes, cramping, emotional release. Stop if needed. Not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
Four counts in. Six counts out. Watch the noise fade.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "Silence the Day" β a 6-minute nasal breathwork practice using a 4-count inhale and 6-count exhale, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Flat Rock Gully, Willoughby, NSW.
The longer the exhale, the quieter everything gets. When the out-breath extends beyond the in-breath, the nervous system downregulates β heart rate slows, mental chatter softens, and the accumulated noise of the day begins to dissolve.
This practice is six minutes of intentional exhale β a simple, nasal-only rhythm designed to silence the mental noise, settle the nervous system, and bring you back to a place of quiet. No effort. No pushing. Just breathing out a little longer than you breathe in, and letting the day fall away.
π§ Best experienced with headphones, lying down or seated, in a space where you won't be disturbed for the next 6 minutes. Perfect at the end of a long day, after work, or as an evening wind-down before sleep.
Great for anyone looking to quiet mental chatter and overthinking, ease the transition from a busy day into rest, calm an overstimulated nervous system, or simply find six minutes of genuine stillness.

β ABOUT THIS EPISODE β
This series pairs guided breathwork by Brad with original electronic music composed and produced by Cello. Brad and Cello are both certified Master Breathwork Facilitators.
We make this show because we believe breath and sound together can support real nervous system change β our hope is that each episode leaves you a little more regulated, a little more present, and a little kinder to yourself than when you pressed play.
SAFETY NOTICE: Always practice in a seated or lying position in a safe, grounded space β never while driving, operating machinery, or in water.
This practice is intended for ages 18+; children should be supervised by a guardian. If you are pregnant or managing a cardiovascular, respiratory, or mental health condition, please consult your healthcare provider before practicing, and stop if you feel unwell. This is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
Not to fix it. Not to push through it. Just to be with it.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "Let Me Be With This" β a 15-minute activating conscious connected breathwork journey across 4 rounds, each followed by a 60-second breath hold, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Manly Dam, Sydney, NSW.
Each round opens with 20 two-part inhales with a long exhale, flowing into 20 circular conscious connected breaths β then a full 60 seconds of stillness to simply be with whatever has surfaced. The emotion that's been waiting. The feeling you haven't had words for. This practice holds space for all of it. Whatever comes up the invitation is the same: let it be here. Just breathe, and be with it.
π§ Best experienced with headphones, lying down, in a space where you won't be disturbed for the next 15 minutes. Give yourself a few minutes afterwards to integrate β don't rush back into your day.
Perfect for anyone looking to process stored emotions or tension in the body, deepen their relationship with themselves, or simply practise the radical act of being with what is.

SAFETY NOTICE: This practice includes activating breathwork techniques that can cause light-headedness or fainting. Do not practice while operating a vehicle or machinery, or while immersed in water (pool, bath, ocean, etc.). Always practice lying or sitting in a grounded position to ensure physical safety.
This practice is intended for individuals 18+. Children should only practice under the direct supervision of a legal guardian. Activating breathwork is not recommended for those with a personal or family history of: epilepsy or seizures; cardiovascular conditions; glaucoma or retinal detachment; osteoporosis; mental illness, personality disorders, psychosis, or hospitalization for any psychiatric or emotional crisis; suicidality; drug or alcohol addiction; or recent injury, surgery, or illness β particularly involving the brain, mouth, teeth, nose, throat, thyroid, immune or lymphatic system, lungs, chest, ribs, spine, neck, or reproductive organs. If pregnant, please avoid activating breathwork and consult your care provider before practicing.
Possible effects include dizziness, fainting, changes in body temperature, disorientation, tingling, cramping, and emotional release or vulnerability. These responses are common and usually temporary β if they occur, stay calm and slow or pause your breath. Always listen to your body and never push past your comfort level. This practice is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. If you are currently in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or crisis line instead of practicing.
5 in. 5 out. Heart, brain and breath β all on the same page.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "Heart Coherence" β a 6-minute nasal breathwork practice using an equal 5-count inhale and 5-count exhale, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Ferndale Walk, Chatswood, NSW.
When the breath moves in a slow, steady, equal rhythm, something remarkable happens β the heart, brain and breath synchronise into a state of coherence. Stress softens. Clarity arrives. The body remembers what balance feels like.
This practice is heart opening and deeply nourishing β for the mind, the body, and the soul. Six minutes is all it takes.
π§ Best experienced with headphones, seated or lying down, in a space where you won't be disturbed for the next 6 minutes. Works beautifully as a morning reset, a midday pause, or whenever you need to come back to center.
Perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress and mental noise, open and nourish the heart space, bring mind and body into balance, or experience the science-backed benefits of heart coherence breathing.

5 rounds. 20 breaths. 30 seconds of stillness. Repeat until the noise stops.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "Hyperfocus" β a 13-minute conscious connected breathwork journey across 5 rhythmic rounds, each followed by a 30-second breath hold, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
π Recorded at Long Reef Headland at sunset, NSW.
This practice is built around rhythm β the same pattern repeated five times, each round drawing you deeper into the present moment. Conscious Connected mouth breathing with no pause at the top or bottom, followed by a 30-second hold between rounds to let the energy settle and the mind sharpen.
The result: that rare, clear-headed state where everything else falls away and you're fully here. Grounded. Focused. Hyperfocused.
Round 1β5: 20 breaths + 30s breath hold
Great for anyone looking to sharpen mental clarity and focus, shake off a scattered or foggy mind, or find a flow state before creative or deep work.

Inhale for 4. Exhale for 8. Let everything slow down.
This week on The Electronic Breathwork Movement: "The Long Exhale" β a 16-minute nasal breathwork practice using a 4-count inhale and 8-count exhale, layered with an original soundscape.
Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain. Special guest appearance from Arnold the English Bulldog!
π Recorded on private land in Congo, South Coast NSW.
When the exhale is twice as long as the inhale, the nervous system gets a clear signal: it's safe to rest. This simple but deeply effective ratio activates the parasympathetic nervous system β slowing the heart rate, softening tension in the body, and bringing a quiet, restorative calm that's hard to reach any other way.
16 minutes of nothing but breath, music, and the slow unwinding of whatever the day has built up.
π§ Best experienced with headphones, lying down, in a space where you won't be disturbed for the next 16 minutes. This one is especially good before sleep or after a big day.
Perfect for anyone looking to reduce anxiety and stress, restore the nervous system after overstimulation, prepare the body for deep rest or sleep, or simply decompress without needing to go anywhere.

Brad guides the breath. Cello composes and produces the music. Every week, new terrain.
