Elements for life

Chad and Lucas are back in Episode 14 to finish discussing Jordan Peterson's book, "12 rules for life an antidote for chaos". This episode details rules nine, ten, elven, and twelve. 

In episode 13 Chad and Lucas take a one week break from discussing the book, "12 rules for life" to talk about an idea that they feel is not discussed often in the masculine culture. The idea of the male psychology during the splitting of a relationship and how one can choose to handle this healthy or destructively. In this episode Lucas shares his personal experience with this topic and how he handled this experience. 

Episode 12 is the second episode in a three part series discussing Jordan Peterson's book, "12 rules for life an antidote for chaos". In this episode Chad and Lucas cover rules five, six, seven, and eight. 

Episode 11 is the first of another three part series in which Chad and Lucas discuss the first 4 rules in Jordan Peterson's book, "12 rules for life, an antidote for chaos". 

In episode 10 Chad and Lucas take a break from the regular format of book review and lessons to talk about a major life changing event, Chad becoming a new father. Discussion takes place on what it was like for Chad waiting nine months to finally meet not one but two babies. Now, that he is a new father what are his biggest hopes and concerns for raising  his children?  

In episode 8: Chad and Lucas discuss the book, "Models" by Mark Manson. The discussion is focused on how a man can improve his mentally towards dating and relationships by utilizing self-improvement and honesty. The idea of being a "needy" guy is discussed and how this can have negative implications on your relationships. 

In the final episode of the 3 part series for the book, "Principles: by Ray Dalio, Chad and Lucas talk about the idea of being completely transparent when interacting with people and along with that being open minded to new ideas and information. How difficult are these principles to uphold and can they be of benefit in life or lead to more confrontations than what they are worth? 

Episode 7 is the second part of the three part series detailing the book, "Principles" by Ray Dalio. In this episode Chad and Lucas discuss the idea and process of personal evolution. One of the speakers shares a personal and enlightening event that brought them to a new awareness of what they want to pursue in life.  

Episode 6 kicks off a three part series in which Chad and Lucas discuss two topics from the book, "Principles" by Ray Dalio. This episode will detail the idea of first order thinking versus that of second and third order thinking. The speakers go into detail of how one can look past first order thinking to see the greater picture that can be discovered during second and third order thinking. 

In episode 5 Chad and Lucas discuss not a book, but a topic of interest to them. Lying. Why do people lie? What are the devastating effects of a "white lie"? How can we avoid lying even when its almost subconscious?
