Anna shares her own healing journey, highlighting the significance of self-love and acceptance for her along the way, and how she radiates love & kindness without expecting anything in return. I especially love that Anna shares how yoga provided her with a space to connect with her inner voice & her higher power (God).

Since becoming a yoga teacher in 2017, Anna Roesner has led thousands of people in the practices of breathwork, yoga & meditation. Anna’s teaching style enables students to reach their physical & mental edge to step into a new version of themselves. A yoga class with Anna is truly a mind, body, and spirit experience. It includes high vibrational music, uninterrupted silence for you to connect to yourself, creative sequences that keep you on your toes (or hands), and yogic philosophy to take the practice with you.
With great humility, she joined the 2021 Pranaluz teaching staff in Costa Rica to Facilitate a 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. Here, she lectured students from around the world on yogic philosophy. This fall, Anna will be sharing her wisdom with her Minnesota community, leading a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Lifetime Fitness - Edina.
Anna combines her love for yoga and travel by putting on multiple transformational yoga retreats experiences a year through her company Wild Lights. The next Wild Lights retreat is in January 2024 in Nosara, Costa Rica!
