Elevated Frequencies FHz

Elevates! What's really good!?

How do we keep sabotaging the good things before they even happen? Is this a conditioned reaction/ response? Is there a historic connection?

What is a battle you find yourself facing everyday?

It is time to UNLEARN the things we've been taught by "wounded" people. It's time to LEVEL UP & BEYOND!

This week's affirmation: "I choose to be unstoppable! I am no longer afraid of what can go wrong. I focus on what is going on right now. I am unstoppable!" Asé 🙏🏼

"Battle of Forgiveness" [S22:E1]

Elevates! What's really good!?

October 2020 we lost the physical of Thomas "TJ" Mark Peterson Jr. Due to gun violence in Philadelphia, PA. The shooter has then been caught, however, I struggle with forgiveness.....

Forgiveness is a conscious decision to release feelings of resentment/ vengeance toward a person/ group who's caused harm, regardless if your forgiveness is deserved.

It's a lot easier to seek vengeance than to forgive. But in order to take care of the root learning to forgive is ESSENTIAL!

Affirmation of the week: "I have faith in my current and future decisions. I accept my past to move forward." [Repeat]

Quote: "Lack of forgiveness is the ugliest cause of all flaws." @wordshine.__

This is the season of reflection!

Have you ever heard of the great warrior, Queen Nanny of the Maroons. She defined, "Fighting for her people".

Born and Queen of Ghana in 1686 and laid to rest between the timeline of 1733-1750 in Jamaica.

How come we weren't taught about her? Only Harriet Tubman... hmph 🤔🤔🤔🤔

We must BREATH THROUGH IT. One of the greatest skills to be mastered.

Watch the energy you put out with the power of your tongue! Produce POWER, LOVE, HEALING, BREAKTHROUGHS!

This week's affirmation:

"I have traveled through madness to find me. I will embrace my energy and serve my purpose unapologetically" ✨️ ASÉ ASÉ ASÉ

Elevates! What's really good? It's our season to get it right! It's time to pick up the phone!

Purpose requires submission!

Per Dr. Dharius topic today, "Get off my line". [Judges 6:11-16]

It's time to hang up with the enemy! Practice gratitude! Towards your journey. Towards those that embark the journey with you. Towards self and Towards Creator! Every experience is unique & there's an opportunity with every encounter.

Affirmation of the week:

"I WILL discover my unique, God-given identity and embark on a journey of purpose. I am an asset of the Kingdom!" [Repeat 3x or more until you feel a shift]

This week's prayer of protection:

"God, this Supreme rising we express gratitude. Continue to protect your people. Continue to thrive through us and protect us on our journey. We are placed in your Hands of protection in strength. Building understanding in the knowledge of justice and the love of it. Justice prevails in love. In that love is the love of Spirit and all creation. Asé [Amen]." 🙏🏼
