To reach our goals, we need to create sustainable habit changes. Throughout this episode we covered how we will NOT let 2021 just be another “New Year.” By creating simple, long term changes we can create a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life.
Here are some suggestions we have to help you reach your goals this year; make goals for yourself (not for anyone else), ask yourself: "why is this goal important to me?", write your goals down (this will help you plan and achieve), make notes of your habits (daily, weekly, monthly), see what small changes you can implement to achieve your goals, and, last but not least, never stop making new goals.
