THYSSENKRUPP’S FIRST TWIN SYSTEM IN NORTH AMERICA DEBUTS
The 21-story, mixed-use Coda Building, featuring the first North American installation of thyssenkrupp's TWIN elevator system, with two cars operating independently in one shaft, is open in Tech Square in Midtown Atlanta. TWIN will be among the technologies tested in Atlanta at thyssenkrupp Elevator's new North American headquarters next to The Battery Atlanta. Up to 40 TWIN elevators will be installed at 50 Hudson Yards in NYC, joining more than 50 buildings worldwide with approximately 200 TWIN elevators installed.
