Chris is the General Superintendent of the Elim Pentecostal Church. The son of Elim pastor Des Cartwright, Chris was ordained in 1993 and ministered for over twenty-five years in two city churches. He began his ministry in the late 1980’s serving on the pastoral team in Kensington Temple in a variety of ministry roles including Worship Pastor and Director of IBIOL. 

From 1997-2010, Chris was the Senior Pastor of the City Temple in Cardiff, (now renamed as City Church, Cardiff). In 2010 he became the Regional Leader for Wales and the Southern Region before being appointed as the General Superintendent of Elim in May 2016.

Patrick is an author and business consultant, often described as a futurist, and chairman of the trends forecasting company Global Change Ltd. He is also founder of the international AIDS agency ACET and Chairman of the ACET International Alliance. In 2005, he was ranked as one of the 20 most influential business thinkers alive according to the Thinkers 50 (a private survey printed in ‘The Times’).

Laura is the Church Resources Director. She oversees the production of our amazing evangelistic and discipleship online resources for 11-18 year olds. Laura is married to Andy who is Youth Pastor at Lifecentral Church, Halesowen.

Boyd moved to New Zealand from Sri Lanka with his family when he was 16 years old. Boyd has been on staff at Elim Christian Centre for the past sixteen years. In 2009, he and his wife became Lead Pastors of the South campus. Since that time the church has grown to be the second-largest in Elim New Zealand. Boyd has served on the National Leadership team of Elim New Zealandsince 2011 and was elected as National Leader in October 2017.

Chris ministered for over twenty-five years in two city churches, on the team at Kensington Temple in a variety of ministry roles including Worship Pastor and Director of I.B.I.O.L and, from 1997 - 2010 as Senior Pastor at Cardiff. He served for six years as Regional Leader for Wales & Southern Region before being appointed as General Superintendent in May 2016.

Duncan began his pastoral ministry at Coventry Elim in 1997, where he later became the Senior Pastor in 2005 and still serves this church today. The church he leads is a vibrant city-centre congregation with members from over 50 different nations.
