On Thursday, September 22, the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association  – APAPA – co-hosted a town hall forum featuring California Assembly District 10 candidate Elk Grove City Council member Stephanie Nguyen.

The town hall was held at APAPAs Sacramento office.

With the late summer heat wave, Elk Grove is operating a cooling center at the district 56 facility where participants must have face coverings.

But is there consistency in how the city treats those less fortunate?
