For the last episode of the year (second to last of Season 2) I'm taking 10 minutes to walk you through the simplest, fastest, most effective reflection and evaluation model I know.

I talk about identifying the WHAT, drawing out the GOOD/ BAD, and consequently the WORK ONS. I also breakdown my own reflection on Ellen Ave with this model so you have an example to follow along with.

An ex- felon opens up about his time in prison - and outside with a change in outlook.

I met this man at the gym. I train him. And genuinely - he is so kind, gentle, calm, and present. Dave is a wise man who's a different person (in my opinion) to the man he was 10 years ago.

I think it was amazing of him to open up about his past and his experiences with us. There's a lot we can learn, listen to, and take away from this one.

On today's podcast I reflect on my last two months of being on 'the grind' since uni finished - how I may be doing well on the macro front (explained in the poddy) - but not so well on the micro front. It's a pretty interesting topic and I felt like there were 3 key things you should think about and be aware of when you live/ want to grind like that.

I also talk about a new toy and how my time at the Maori touch nationals has reminded and helped show me some key ideas/ values to bring and re-integrate into the podcast, the business, and life in general.
