I asked you on Instagram if you preferred typing or hand writing as a trigger, and typing won. I realized after it was done that the typing sounds a bit aggressive but hopefully the totality of the video is still relaxing. I personally love a good typing video and assessments are surprisingly relaxing for me.

A little story time 😌 I didn’t know it was ASMR but back when I was in my early 20s, I went to an internship. During this internship, I lived with three other girls. My schedule happened to be different than theirs, I would wake up early and go to sleep early. They were completely opposite but I didn’t mind that they stayed up late because they usually did so to study, and the turning of pages would put me and keep me asleep!!! To this day, page turning is one of my favorite triggers

I’ve been wanting to do this video for a while, I’m curious to know if you guys enjoy this trigger as much as I do???
