Don’t Make “I Can’t” Your Reality

Effective communication is the cornerstone of progress in any context, be it within teams, organizations, or relationships. The free exchange of ideas and transparency fosters understanding, even amidst disagreements. I recently watched the interview between Tucker Carlson and Vladimir Putin. Regardless of one's stance on the discussed policies, engaging in dialogue with influential world leaders holds immense value.   What troubled me was the preemptive backlash the interview faced before its airing, with some going as far as attempting to restrict access to it. This begs the question: Why stifle dialogue?   Even now, days after the interview many people are still at odds with the leader. And if some of the recent news reports are true, then maybe the demonization is probably appropriate.
