Self-Efficacy is your belief in your ability to accomplish tasks. Why is it important to have high self-efficacy? Because if you think you can't/won't, then you probably won't start, and then you will certainly be right.
Fortunately, we can actively raise our levels of self-efficacy. So, if you have low self-efficacy, don't worry because in this episode I share with you 4 ways to develop your self-efficacy.
I tailor a lot of this information to Enneagram Type 5's (which I am) because our deepest fear is that we are incompetent and I believe that many of us can unwittingly fall into a self-fulfilling prophecy of proving just how "incapable" we are by not acting on our goals! However, this episode will help anyone who is interested in learning about these 4 ways to build self-efficacy.
