The Loving Kindness Meditation is a form of meditation which brings focus to and helps cultivate compassion.
A form of meditation which originates from Buddhism, the Loving Kindness Meditation has been studied for its mental and physical health benefits, which we will be discussing in this episode. Then, we will listen to a guided meditation which uses techniques of visualization to practice the Loving Kindness Meditation by going on a journey to an enchanted forest where we will be greeted with some familiar faces.
