In Feb 2015, I did a 5-day symposium consisting of 25 interviews with powerful and inspiring women sharing their stories and advice for transcending life’s struggles, fears and doing it their own way. We got so much incredible feedback on the interviews, we decided to turn it into a podcast. At times during the interviews when you hear us refer to the series or interviews that have already been done, keep in mind these interviews have been repurposed and may not follow the original order – but stay tuned because we’ll be airing four each month on Mondays alternating with fresh new episodes called “Ask Liz” every Wednesday.
Today on the podcast Christina and I get into the idea that for the world to get better we have to give a crap about things, what is true abundance, and primal, innate business and women in community.
In this episode, I answer the following question:
How can I truly believe I am enough while also seeking personal growth and improvement? A lot of what Liz talks about, especially trial and error and working on new practices to leave behind our limiting beliefs and things standing in our way really jives with me. But then in the back of my head, or sometimes screaming loud and proud is that voice saying, "You're not enough. Don't you see why you're trying to improve yourself in all of these ways? Because you're not enough!"

In this episode, I answer the following question:
Thank you for the breast massage video. I didn't realize how much I ignored my breasts or got annoyed with them for getting in the way until I started giving them a little love and attention. Breast massage put me in touch with the feminine part of me, and I'm developing admiration, love, and respect for my girls. I've heard you mention that you don't wear bras anymore. As someone who loathes bras herself, but works in a traditional office environment, any suggestions for cultivating a mostly bra-free lifestyle? It's easy at home, but outside of my home, what do you suggest?

This weeks podcast interview is about moving from external validation to internal validation, fertile listening, and the vast creativity of mother energy.
KC is one of the sweetest, most lovely women I know. Just being around her or hearing her voice makes me feel softer, like I can melt a little and relaxing to my being more than usual. Enjoy!
