Carrie Beamer is a fellow CrossFit Competitor who I loved training with. We get to the bottom of why we even stick to competing and her upcoming CrossFit Games. Ben Alderman is a competitor, functional fitness trainer, creator of the Iron Mile and gym owner…but mostly a great friend of mine! We dive into what God is teaching him lately and how freaking busy he is but that God can even teach him things through the struggle. He has grown his family through adoption and we talk about his passion for it. He began The Overcome Project, a faith based non-profit he started to help foster/homeless kids build relationships and have a fun outlet through CrossFit gyms.

Rainy Worzella is a friend, mentor and self taught theologian. She was instrumental in growing my faith using facts, history, logic, and apologetics.
