I open up a little about forgiveness not only of those that hurt me in the past but also forgiveness of myself for feelings of not being worthy.

Today I interview Melissa Oatman a colleague who has always been a big help in times of uncertainty.  She has written a book called "Beautifully Broken: The Single Woman's Guide to Thriving Not Simply Surviving a Divorce or Breakup". Today I share a little bit about how I started to face myself.  Another healing method I use is Past Life Regression.  This method has helped me to confront one of the hardest things I had to face, myself.  I share a couple of my past lives with you and some of the revelations that I received.

Today I have a guest, Jackie Smith, she has guided me on many tapping sessions and I wanted to share this method of healing with you.  Jackie has studied the art of tapping. she is a teacher, Angel Intuitive and Medium, and Certified in Reik 1 and 2.   Jackie will give us some insight into tapping and answer some of the burning questions. She will even guide us on a short tapping session.
