Yesterday, I had quite the lesson in personal power while teaching a live Zoom session on the topic for Next Level You. I spent an hour going through the training without any feedback or comments from participants, only to discover at the end that my chat was broken. This experience served as a powerful reminder of what it means to stand in our personal power, without needing validation from others.
