But choosing to spend time alone with yourself has its benefits. Solitude is a way for you to carve out a little time for yourself, away from the company of others, to rest and recharge your brain.
MPR News host Angela Davis talks with two guests about how and why we should make short moments of solitude and longer retreats alone a regular part of our routine.
