In today's episode, Diogo Giglio shares his journey and lessons that have impacted his life and the lives of those around him. He will also talk about the events in his life that shaped him into the man he is today, his mission, and the importance of knowing who you are and choosing what you need.

Since he was a little boy, Brazilian Diogo Giglio, born in the city of Rio de Janeiro, has been used to traveling abroad. After visiting the United States, as a teenager, he moved to Vancouver, Canada. It was there that he had his first contact with the construction industry. At the age of 16, he put that passion aside when he decided to study law and pass the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. After becoming a lawyer, he spent some time studying in Europe. who then became a businessman and owner of Giglio Construction Development Group (GCD). The company gained notoriety and, even so, he decided to move again. In 2017, Giglio moved to Australia, where he still lives today, aged 30, and became the owner of a very well-known construction company, this time, the Australian Giglio Construction Development Group (GCD). So, the successful businesses gave Giglio the opportunity to employ more than a hundred employees who believe he manages an institution that goes far beyond the term “builder”.
