As we welcome a new president we take comfort in knowing that no matter what we have been brought into God's KIngdom in Jesus Christ!  Although we say we would love to have Jesus as our King, even our president, do we really mean it?  This year we mourn the darkness that began with the legalization of murder for babies antime during pregnancy.  People who are for abortion like to say "keep you laws off my body", yet we say the same thing to God when we would rather follow our own desires than His.  May we repent and find comfort in the KIng who came not to serve but be served, even take away ALL of our sins! Jesus!

What does Jesus death and resurrection have to do with me? how do I do I know His victory over sin and death is mine? how do i know that I too will rise again?  Listen and find out!

If you aren't afraid, you won't hear the angel say - do not be afraid!  Jesus birth turned everyone's world upside down! how about you?

Christmas time is a time for repentance.  Jesus was born because we stink!  John the Baptist scares us so that we can hear the Angel speak - Do not be afraid!

Like a garden in winter time our life in Christ can feel dead!  It can look dead.  Yet we are quite alive in Jesus! And while we can get down with the struggle of life, we know that Spring is coming! Jesus is coming!

Listen to this Advent message! We tend to put our hope in people and things that let us down.  Sadly people get especially depressed during the Christmas season because their hopes have been dashed.  Jesus gives us something real and certain to put our hope in! He will not let us down!  Hope in Him gets us through any hardship!
