In seguito ad un'improvvisa défaillance di Gianni, Emmanuel è costretto ad improvvisarsi fotografo per portare a termine il servizio fotografico commissionato da un produttore di yogurt.
La situazione si fa surreale e a tratti comica, ma il ragazzo è molto preoccupato per le condizioni di Gianni. Alla fine gli propone di fermarsi al rifugio La Cimice Allegra, sperando di ripetere l'esperienza dello Chalet La Marmotte; Gianni finisce per accettare.
Gli interpreti sono Emmanuel in persona, Gianni, Marcel e Claude.
La colonna sonora include (di nuovo) "Sexy boy" degli Air.

Following Gianni's sudden illness, Emmanuel is forced to improvise as a photographer to complete the photo shoot commissioned by a yogurt manufacturer.
The situation becomes surreal and at times comical, but the young man is very concerned about Gianni's condition. In the end, he suggests they stop at the La Cimice Allegra refuge, hoping to repeat the experience of the Chalet La Marmotte; Gianni ends up accepting.
The interpreters are Emmanuel himself, Gianni, Marcel, and Claude.

Emmanuel, sfibrato dal tira-e-molla con Gianni, cerca conforto nei suoi amici capoverdiani, con cui si sfoga, raccontando tutte le stravaganze del fotografo, che lo ha perfino identificato con una misteriosa "Yvonne".
Mentre però Mayra appare materna e comprensiva come al solito, al contrario Carlos sfodera una tagliente ironia, tentando di restituire al ragazzo il senso della realtà e mettendolo di fronte alle proprie stesse contraddizioni.
Gli interpreti sono Paul Emmanuel, Carlos e Mayra.

Emmanuel, worn out by the back-and-forth with Gianni, seeks comfort from his Cape Verdean friends, to whom he vents, recounting all the photographer’s eccentricities, who has even identified him as a mysterious ‘Yvonne’.
Whilst Mayra, however, comes across as motherly and understanding as ever, Carlos, on the other hand, displays a sharp sense of irony, attempting to bring the boy back to reality and confronting him with his own contradictions.
The performers are Paul Emmanuel, Carlos and Mayra.

Frédéric is not exactly the most likeable character in the novel, but in this case we feel like breaking a lance in his favor and, given the Christmas period, we are re-proposing the penultimate episode of the fourth season, which takes place on Christmas Eve.
Would you ever have thought that a guy like Frédéric could console someone, specifically Antonia? Well, if you thought otherwise, you'll have to think again.
In this singular episode unlike any other, the young man spends Christmas night with Antonia, pregnant and alone, and performs a series of histrionic interpretations of historical figures to try to cheer her up.
The performers are Freddy and Antonia.
The soundtrack includes Mozart's "Turkish March", musical pieces taken from historical documentary soundtracks and instrumental covers of "Jingle Bells" and "White Christmas", traditional Christmas songs.

The Merry Bug - Part I
This is Emmanuel’s last peaceful – albeit surreal – journey with Gianni. The photographer is showing increasingly obvious (albeit rather comical) signs of mental instability, and it is clear that the situation cannot last much longer.
Emmanuel is aware of this and finds the situation deeply distressing, but, as is typical of his character, he clings tightly to the little things and to the greatest thing of all, which, despite everything, remains: Gianni’s love.
The young man, under the illusion that he might experience a sort of re-enactment of the magical moments at ‘Chalet La Marmotte’, finds himself involved in a high-altitude photo shoot; this time, however, he is not the model: he is merely accompanying Gianni as his driver and assistant.
The photo shoot, however, turns out to be rather surreal...
The performers are Paul Emmanuel, Paolino Emanuele, Gianni, Lambert and Christophe.

As you may recall, Emmanuel The Fourth emerged victorious from director Blot’s audition, but he won... the role of the mole in the 1603 version of Hamlet (‘Bad Quarto’).
Now the young man turns up at the theatre for rehearsals, but Blot is accompanied by a rather unusual assistant called Yvonne.
This creates a surreal situation.
The performers are Blot, Emmanuel The Second (as Emmanuel The Fourth) and Ginevra (Yvonne).

La Cimice Allegra - Parte I
Questo è l'ultimo viaggio sereno, anche se surreale, di Emmanuel con Gianni. Il fotografo mostra sempre più evidenti (anche se piuttosto comici) segno di squilibrio mentale, ed è chiaro che la situazione non potrà reggere a lungo.
Emmanuel ne è consapevole e vive questa situazione con profondo turbamento, ma, come è tipico del suo carattere, si aggrappa con forza alle piccole cose e alla cosa più grande di tutte, che nonostante tutto resta: l'amore di Gianni.
Il ragazzo, illudendosi di poter vivere una sorta di riedizione dei magici momenti di "Chalet La Marmotte", si trova coinvolto in un servizio fotografico ad alta quota; questa volta però non è lui il fotomodello: si limita ad accompagnare Gianni in veste di autista e di collaboratore.
Il servizio fotografico però si rivela alquanto surreale...

ON THE COVER: EMMANUEL THE SECOND.
This podcast proposes in episodes a novel set in the 90s, taken from the diary of a teenager called Emmanuel.
The novel tells the difficult phases of…
his growth, marked by his frantic search for the "sense" of Beauty, of which he himself was the bearer and which ends up being his condemnation.
The Italian version is interpreted by two good actors-voice actors, Paolo Malgioglio and Elisa Gandolfi; the English version is entirely performed by AI. Even the ideal continuation of the novel, which continues beyond 1997, is performed by AI, both in the Italian and English versions, of which we propose here only a few episodes.
In the current web landscape, dominated by AI, it is difficult to stand out, but we are trying, starting with an anomalous and creative use of artificial intelligence.
We would have replaced the podcast episodes with editions renewed in graphics and/or soundtrack, and, as far as the English edition is concerned, made with next-generation AI.
Unfortunately, the absence of a "search box" for creators on Rss.com has made this operation impossible for a long time: as paradoxical as it may seem, we were unable to trace the various episodes out of a total of more than 400 (including songs and covers).
We are therefore republishing the old episodes by adding them to the previous ones.

Il romanzo racconta le difficili fasi della sua crescita, contrassegnate dalla sua affannosa ricerca del "senso" del Bello, di cui lui stesso era portatore e che finisce per essere la sua condanna.
La versione italiana, fino alla fine del romanzo, è interpretata da due bravi attori-doppiatori, Paolo Malgioglio e Elisa Gandolfi; quella inglese è interamente recitata da AI. Anche l'ideale continuazione del romanzo, che prosegue oltre il 1997, è recitata da AI, sia nella versione italiana sia in quella inglese, di cui proponiamo solo alcune puntate.
Purtroppo l'assenza di un "box di ricerca" per i creatori su Rss.com ci ha reso a lungo impossibile correggere i vecchi episodi.
Abbiamo perciò deciso di ripubblicarli aggiungendoli in coda ai precedenti.
