This week, we continue through our Matthew Sermon Series. Pastor Michael preached out of Matthew 20:20-28 on prideful motives. The disciples are taught of a kingdom upside-down, where the first will be last and the last will be first. Where in your own life does pride come in? How can we get rid of these selfish motives? In a context where children were so often disregarded, Jesus' teaching on children was countercultural. This week, hear Pastor Ron preach out of Matthew 19:13-15 on how we are to reach the discounted + how there is so much we can learn from having a childlike faith. We have an eternal invitation to come close to our Father.

When working through topics like this, it is important to remember Romans 8:1, "there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."
