When the mood changes, the movie changes. We are helping to shape a language that will help people understand how the mind is working. It is through awareness that we develop our freedom to choose against the Slavery to our default emotional reflexes. The better our language is able to convey awareness the better we can share our freedom.

Wounded Emotional Anatomy can remain devastating for our entire life. We are proposing awareness allows us to realize "me too". The courage to tell our story often discovers Trapped Rage at ourselves for we expected our therapy to cure us. The Gift of navigating Heart Home experiences the Lens of Awe and Wonder. Better able to tell my story is a gift that helps others understand. It returns Meaning and Purpose to our lives. And by my free choice I confront my Trapped Rage at myself as one of the consequences of my Wounded Emotional Anatomy. I am privileged to return and rest into my Hearts Home and share my story instead of expecting my wound to disappear.

Nurturing Navigation Heart Home Wisdom is our personal privilege and responsibility for once we glimpse through the Lens of Awe and Wonder we will want to do it again. Freedom vs Slavery.

Awareness is a growing gift of mind designed for Awareness. Disappointed is the natural response as I do the same thing over and over and expect a different response. Gratitude Guides our Heart Home where we discover the Lens of Awe and Wonder. Freedom vs Slavery. And we each play a unique and significant part in this expanding Awareness.
