Freedom vs Slavery displayed in the light side dark side battle of old movie vs New Movie. The Gratitude Pathway is real and offers a glimpse through the Lens of Awe and Wonder giving us the better chance to freely choose wisely that which is better and better.

Getting to know myself in the mirror is helped by learning this new language of Emotional Anatomy. Gradually and Gratefully I grow privileged to tell my story of familiarity with and better descriptions of my own tug of war within the Architecture of my wounded Emotional Anatomy.

We are motivating each other back into the Story of Freedom. We have lost our way and now we share in shaping language that describes how the mind works. Personally significant to the future of the world, we are all involved, recruiting each other and most importantly ourselves in the mirror.

Personally significant in this tug of war realizes how quickly default emotional reflexes activate and consume our attention into dysfunctional modularity. Awareness grows with gratitude as we learn about Navigation Heart Home Wisdom.

What is getting in my way. I'm stuck at home and cannot work. I'm not happy. Not enjoying my life. I don't want to do anything. And I have lots of excuses !!

When the going gets tough we help each other keep it simple and just Do It until that very familiar mood interrupts me again. Familiarity is our goal as we develop the skill to say "No !!" Thank You and return Heart Home.

Compassion for each other calls out the courage to tell my story yet frustrated Round and Round I get stuck again willing to tell my story.

The brain derived from DNA offers awareness of Emotional Anatomy. Default emotional reflexes leave us trapped in rigidly structured modularity.
