If you don’t want the outside world to ping-pong your mind from place to place, then the one thing you can do is actually take hold of what gets your attention by making a concerted effort to actively repeat words or phrases that you want to occupy space in your world.

People can’t see what’s going on inside your mind unless you share it – so say something – say it!

Anyone can share their ideas – which can be truly and genuinely awesome – but now: how – in a world of many voices and many messages – can we possibly determine who to listen to?

The more still you sit, the more quiet your mind will become.

How much time do you spend in gratitude for the countless moments that you are pain-free?

Would you be kind if there was no reward? Are you willing to help when it can never be repaid? My guess is that you are, even if you don’t know it yet….

We can have plans and goals in life, but we don’t have to be rigid in how we get there.

Physical immortality might be evasive for us – but who could possibly know the full impact of the love we give on future generations?

Suffering exists – like a heavy weight – and the more we can lift it together, the lighter it will be for all of us.

It’s healthy to question your beliefs, find out the root of them, and then ask yourself if they’re beliefs you definitely want to hold.
