This episode focuses on conscious anger processing through mindful movement and boundary awareness. Starting with contained movement practices, we explore anger's vital role in boundary recognition and self-protection. The session incorporates specific breathing techniques for managing intense emotions, somatic practices for releasing stored anger from the body, and visualization exercises using the metaphor of protective boundaries in nature. We address both acute anger situations and chronic resentment patterns, while teaching skills for distinguishing between reactive anger and boundary-wisdom anger.
