Empathetic Emma talks about the day she found out the Amazon Rainforest was burning and how she dove right in to learn all she could about this precious place on Earth so she could help make a difference.  

Empathetic Emma notices that a friend is being left out when her class is at the library.  Emma comes up with a creative way to bring everyone together and stand up for what is right.

Empathetic Emma realizes that her mom and dad have not been themselves lately.  They seem stressed and distracted so she and her little brother, Max, devise a plan to help their parents feel better!

Empathetic Emma can't understand why her little brother Max is getting so frustrated all the time until her mom helps her see that Max is getting older and has ideas of his own that he wants Emma to acknowledge.  Emma comes up with a plan that allows Max's creativity to come alive and gives her a new perspective on little siblings.

Empathetic Emma describes how an uncomfortable incident in the school cafeteria not only led to some adventurous new eating habits, but also led her to her best friend!

The whole world is facing the novel corona virus and Empathetic Emma and her friends join the rest of the country in a new way of learning; from home.  Emma misses school, her teacher and her friends, but finds a way to make one new classmate feel extra special.
