When we feel overwhelmed with grief, sadness, sorrow, shame, or guilt or a combination of those all different levels of frequency, the energy can get very heavy in our lungs. A majority of people who listen to this podcast are highly sensitive, intuitive people, many of you are empaths, meaning that you easily pick up energy and emotions from others. And that also means from the world. It’s not just somebody standing across from you. But anyone who is energetically sensitive. Anyone who is emotionally intelligent is going to be feeling what’s going on in the world right now. Anyone who has any kind of compassion or who knows what is true and right and has any kind of feeling of how people should be treated and how we should be treating each other, will be picking up something that’s going on. When we cry, or speak our truth, we move the energy in the lungs and we disperse that energy. We feel better.
