We look at the positive aspects of appraisals and we also look at the rewards that can be linked to positive appraisal outcomes.

We hope your employment rights are at least providing a buffer between you and that toxic person that seeks to make your life hell. Use the  buffer pace as breathing room to decide your next move. 

This is the final episode in our Unfair Dismissal series and in this week’s episode, we are going to look at what happens when you win your case for unfair dismissal at an employment tribunal, but the tribunal says you contributed to your own dismissal and punishes you for that, and takes reduces any compensation you receive, by between 10% and 100% of your compensation.  We also use two key employment rights cases, to show you, how your employer will ask a tribunal to reduce your compensation.
