I hope we’re all managing to stay safe in these testing times.
Since we were here last week, things have certainly ramped up again.
By now, as many as a fifth of the UK workforce will be working from home because of the corona virus. That’s as many as 6million workers. And as a result of this there are questions workers are raising about their employment rights, which need to be clarified, particularly after the prime minister and chancellor’s statements about payments to workers.
So, this week’s episode is all about updating you and answering questions on employment matters linked to the corona virus or covid19 as it’s also commonly called.
